Korea reloaded :O!

Time to put the rest of my Korea pictures up, to finish off that monster of a trip. ;D

A restaurant that one of my mom’s friends showed us to.<3

The tea shop area of the same restaurant.  Technically speaking, there’s a tea area in the front of the main building too.

The inside of the main tea area.  It can also serve as the waiting room, and it has a really nice christmas-light-lit tree as you can see. ;3  The whole place was kind of cute.

Outside of the restaurant.  Not sure if they actually use the pots for anything..still, they look really nice.

You get full here.  Fast.

Korea’s coffee is really nice.  I think Japan’s better at the fruit drinks/soda with their awesome cans, but Korea has really great coffee.

Korea’s mascots for the 2002 Fifa World Cup.  I know–I have wonderful timing.

I don’t know; I think I just find some humor in how they lookLEGOS. It’s not just me, is it?

zomg me at the Korean border museum.  place.  With mum and her friend that took us to that restaurant above.  And those aren’t my shoes.  They’re my mom’s.  Damn shoes of mine getting all blech.  And they’re uncomfortable.  And I think I tripped on them like a hundred million times.

Provence is a place I hope I can go again.  It’s like a small fantasy town, but it’s really just a plaza with small shops.  Though, I must say, the shops are very cool.

That isn’t even a shop.  It’s this small room with pictures in it (though I didn’t bother peeking inside because I was kind of tired.)  Note the trademark bright coloring of buildings.  That reminds me a lot of Song of the Seals.  Nice sleeper hit, if you’re interested.  Annnyways..

Has that Honey & Clover-esque feel, doesn’t it?  Or at least, a Hagu-esque feel, I think.

People kept looking at this fountain.  It just attracts your attention when you’re there.

A view of the town.

Kind of dizzying, but a mass array of pots/pans/storage that was littered on the side of one of the buildings.

Ceiling of the cafe there.  Two shops here make really pretty bubble dreamcatcher-like hanging decorations.  I got one for you Jennifer, except it looks cooler than these. :P

The two pretty ladies on the left are the daughters of one of my dad’s friends. ;3  Sorry, no requests.

My oldest aunt and uncle (mom’s side).  And me going “wtf!” since my mom was like, “JESSICA, LOOK!”  *SNAP*

Aww, groupy!  :P  We were drinking coffee and talking, pretty much.

Oh, and eating sweets.  (for me, again.–this is the hotel cafe, if you were wondering why there’s two shots of the same desk with different desserts.)  On the left, tapioca jello, I think.  The muffin was..man, I forgot, but it was really good :P, and the back one was just a plain cake with a pistachio on top.  Rats..I was hoping for pistachio cake.  That’s the shiz.

And ending off with Mind Bridge.  Because the title totally implies that you’re going there to buy glasses.

Alright, my dears, I’m done.<3  This concludes my latest Korea trip, coupled with those Japan trip postings that were finished a good while back.  Again, I had a blast.

There’s this feeling I can’t shake

oh yeah. Feel the groove.

..K, so, since I’m in Korea, I thought I’d post up two pictures I have so far.~

I really like how they made the doors and ceiling;
it’s all really detailed.

This is at a restaurant one of my mom’s friends took my mom and I to.
The people are nice, and the food’s good and well-priced (:

I really liked the rasberry mousse to the left.
The front cake in the middle is a fig cake (it took me a while to figure that one out,)
the one to the left is green tea, and the one to the right is a cranberry cake with
walnuts on top.

Yes, I indulged, but only out of pure boredom.
I mean, there’s only so much a girl can do while her mom
chats with one of her old friends.

Plus, Lance died. Again.

(No, I’m kidding, Chris, but Roy died. Stupid Roy.
I’m on the level where you get Lilina. ..No, don’t ask how he died.
It was pretty pathetic. On my part. Yes, I know. That’s obvious.)

FAREWELL MY LOVERS–I will be back soon. Sometime. Yes.

I’m baaack~

Sooner than you thought.<3 I know you missed me. It just so happens that Korean laptops sell for cheaper than American ones. Since my parents wanted to get me a new one anyways, we went out to take a look at this really large building called the Technomart. Had a pretty wide selection, and I ended up with one of the newest Vaio models. It doesn’t burn up at all, it’s relatively silent, the keyboard is decent, and it has all the specs I need for college. (: Happyhappy, and super thankful to my dad. ;o; <33

Well, you know what this means. I’ll post the rest of my Japan blog pictures, and give Chris an account so he can edit the posts to add in his deal.

Uh, DONE!<3

On another note, I feel one with my kind here. It’s kind of scary.
